In this paper we report the results of the floristic investigations carried out in the Capo Mannu's peninsula. The spontaneous flora is formed by 447 entities subdivided into 69 families and 261 genera. On the whole, in addition to géomorphologie, pedologie and climatic data, both the endemic species and those of phytogeographic significance are discussed. The presence of entities distributed in Italy only in this characteristic region confirmes the pressing need of the total protection of Capo Mannu's peninsula.
