Abstract
A new complex, [Cu(dien)2][Ni(CN)4] (1) [dien = diethylenetriamine] has been obtained by the reaction of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O, diethylenetriamine and K2[Ni(CN)4] in water, and has been characterized spectroscopically.
