The authors would like to apologize for failing to cite the paper written by R. Kasimbeyli and G. Inceoglu which was originally published in the special issue of the 24th Mini EURO Conference on Continuous Optimization and Information-Based Technologies [1] in their paper Generalized radial epiderivatives and nonconvex set-valued optimization problems, which was published on iFirst on the 23rd of April 2012 for the journal Applicable Analysis, and subsequently published as part of issue 91(10) of October 2012. The authors agree that it is true that Definition 3.1 and Theorems 3.2 and 4.1 are the same as Definition 8 and Theorems 5 and 7 in [1], respectively.
The authors agree that the existence theorem for generalized radial epiderivatives a set-valued map was introduced by Kasimbeyli and Inceoglu [1] before it was published in their article ‘Generalized radial epiderivatives and nonconvex set-valued optimization problems’. The authors would like to thank Professor Inceoglu for informing them about the paper [1] and would like to apologize for the omission on their part.
