When the above article was first published online there were two errors, which have now been corrected in both print and online versions. The errors were:

  1. A space was missing between the words “map” and “decision making” in the article title.

  2. The “Ethical review” section was described as “Nil”, which has now been corrected to “This study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Australian National University (Protocol 2009/478) and all students consented to the anonymous use of their data.”
