When the above editorial was first published online, Buenos Aires was inadvertently omitted from Figure 2. The corrected version of the figure, as it appears in this article, includes Buenos Aires. Figure 2 originally appeared as:

To:

“The most rapid growth among the 19 cities was in Sevilla (Spain), Bogota (Colombia), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Portland (Oregon)”.
