The Editor and Publisher of Educational Psychology were made aware in 2015 of a concern surrounding the originality and provenance of data used in the above article. An Expression of Concern was published while an investigation by the author’s institution was conducted.

Since then, there has been no response from the institution regarding any investigation, or from the original complainant. The Publisher and Editor have not found any other concerns relating to this article and will proceed to print publication in 2023.
