Merrill Singer
Merrill Singer is a professor in the departments of anthropology and community medicine, University of Connecticut. He is the editor of A Companion to Environmental Health: Anthropological Perspectives (in press, Wiley-Blackwell) and co-author of Global Warming and the Political Ecology of Health: Emerging Crises and Systemic Solutions (with Hans A. Baer, Left Coast Press, 2009), Global Health: An Anthropological Perspective (with Pamela I. Erickson, 2011, Waveland), and The Anthropology of Climate Change: An Integrated Critical Perspective (with Hans A. Baer, in press, Earthscan). Additionally, he edits the book series Environmental Health in a Changing World (Altamira Press).
