ABSTRACT
Organizational behavior management (OBM) is the application of behavioral principles to individuals and groups working in business, industry, government, and human service settings. In this paper, we describe OBM methodology in research and practice, highlighting pinpointing, measurement of performance, procedural integrity, and maintenance. We conclude by noting some limitations of contemporary OBM methodology and by suggesting some topics for future research.
