Corrigendum
The article entitled “The Minnesota Live Well at Home Project: Screening and Client Satisfaction,” by Joseph E. Gaugler, Mary, Boldischar, Jane Vujovich, and Pat Yahnke, which appeared in Home Health Care Services Quarterly 30(02), 2011, pages 63–83, incorrectly included two mentions of the Minnesota Department of Human Services in the acknowledgment in the chapter footnote on page 63 and in the sentence that begins the last paragraph on page 66.
The correct acknowledgment is as follows:
“This research was supported by a grant from the Administration on Aging (Contract No. 333-08-NHDP-003) to the Minnesota Board on Aging—Jane Vujovich, Project Manager, Pat Yahnke, Project Coordinator.”
The correct wording of the paragraph that begins at the bottom of page 66 is as follows:
“On April 1, 2008, the Minnesota Board on Aging formalized a contract with the University of Minnesota (Contract No. 333-08-NHDP-003) to assist in accomplishing the following objectives:
1. | Developing a uniform risk screen (e.g., “rapid screen”) for assisted living or nursing home admission;
2. | Establish a diversion process and professional support service to facilitate and encourage community-residing older persons to purchase needed services; and
3. | Conduct a pilot evaluation of the program.” |
