Learning from Sharing Cultures: Stories from School-University Partners

Abstract

The article contains the stories of a university professor and a teacher-in-residence who worked together in a school-university partnership and shared their work cultures. Teacher candidates who were placed at the school for a year-long internship also contribute their perspectives to the stories. Collectively, the stories reveal that partnerships provide learning opportunities for all involved as well as opportunities to share and shape new roles and relationships in teacher education.
