Pages 189-203 | Received 01 Oct 2011, Accepted 01 Dec 2011, Published online: 13 Feb 2012

Abstract

Continuing education for library cataloging is increasingly available. Instructors who are developing and facilitating these education opportunities can adopt a learner-centered approach. This approach uses a variety of techniques that place the learners' needs at the center of the course design, enabling online education to meet the diverse needs of the participants.
