ABSTRACT
Four species of phytoseiid mites, Euseius stipulatus (Athias-Henriot), Neoseiulella canariensis Ferragut and Pena-Estevez, Typhlodromus (Typhlodromus) phialatus Athias-Henriot, and Typhlodromus (Anthoseius) rhenanoides Athias-Henriot, are recorded for the first time from the Madeira Islands. A new species, Neoseiulus madeirensis n. sp. is described and illustrated.
