ABSTRACT
Pachydellus giresunensis sp. nov. was collected from Pinus litter in Giresun Province, Turkey. It is a member of the Pachydellus sculptus species group. The new species differs from other species in the group by its very long dorsal shield setae and the absence of tubercles on femur IV of the male. The fauna of Pachylaelapidae found in Turkey is reviewed, and some new records are added.
