Life stages of Stilobezzia (Stilobezzia) fuscitibia sp. n. and Stilobezzia (Stilobezzia) festiva Kieffer, 1911 (Diptera: Ceratopogonidae) from India

ABSTRACT

The larvae, pupae and adults of Stilobezzia (S.) fuscitibia sp. n. from India are described and illustrated. The immature stages of the widely distributed in oriental region species, Stilobezzia festiva Kieffer, Citation1911, are described for the first time. Information on the biology of the larvae and pupae of both species is provided.
