Abstract
Mesyatsia karakorum (Šámal, Citation1935) is recorded from Yunnan Province of southwestern China for the first time. Supplementary re-descriptions and photos of the species are presented based on males, females and exuviae. Data on habitat preference, species co-existing, behaviour, collecting methods and intraspecific genitalic variation of M. karakorum are provided.
