Abstract
Mass lesions of the orbit and lacrimal glands are commonly encountered in clinical practice. Simple lacrimal ductal cysts (or dacryops) are benign lacrimal lesions with characteristic qualities. We describe a case of a typical dacryops with classic clinical, radiographic, and histopathological features.
