ABSTRACT
The older adult U.S. population is growing in number and life expectancy; there will thus be more individuals affected by cognitive impairment in future years. Promotion of brain health is therefore essential. Older adults can be reached in a variety of community settings such as senior centers. The purpose of this study was to evaluate outcomes of the Eat Better Move More intervention on heart health indicators, successful aging, and brain health. Findings yielded important information about the feasibility of providing EBMM to an intervention and control group. Significant correlations were found among some key study variables.
