Pages 17-21 | Published online: 31 Jan 2008

Abstract

Based upon the growing research connected with a “good death, a six-session group is suggested for people with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Each session is described by giving a theoretical basis for the theme of the session, followed by an activity that can be used in the session to explore that theme. The six sessions are intended to meet six key psychological needs of the dying.
