Abstract

This review article includes a recent development in the chemistry of bridgehead nitrogen thiazolpoyrimidines. Synthetic approaches with respect to the four different ring systems were reported. Chemical reactivity, experimental structural methods, biological activity, basicity of thiazole heterocyclic compounds, and applications were also reported. This review includes 126 references.
