This paper deals with an inventory problem in supply systems under the condition of incompletely information about the behaviour of the total demand in the system, so that the inventory process will be considered as a game.We give a method to obtain the optimal decision for the model . In the appendix we solve an example when the total demand has POISSON distribution function.
