Abstract
We study convex multiobjective optimization models under stable perturbations of the vector parameter. The main results identify optimal realizations of such models, i.e. the states of the models that give locally the “best” strong PABETO (properly efficient) solutions. In the context of welfare economics, we describe states of economic systems that are brought into their “optimal” competitive equilibria by stable perturbations of the parameters
