An optimized design of warehouse management system for MSME and multilevel industries

Abstract

Data processing and Information technology are becoming most important tools for a well-organized warehouse . In this paper an organizational model is presented for goods segregation and priority based supply of a large and medium size warehouses. Here radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has been used for inbound, internal processing and outbound stages of warehouse management systems. Proposed model can be a robust model for warehouses for improving the availability and supply of goods and services. The presented system model can save a huge amount which is being wasted every year due to its improper details of the products, carelessness and human errors.
