When the above article was first published online and in print on issue 32–08. On Page 877, the last sentence of the statistical methods section should be written, as follows: “Because of multiple comparisons, the Type I error rate (alpha) was adjusted using Bonferroni adjustment. A value of p < 0.016 (0.05/3) was considered to indicate statistical significance.”

On page 878, under the clinical efficacy section, the second sentence should be written “The differences in these parameters between baseline and posttreatment were statistically significant (p < 0.016).”

The authors apologise for this error.
