The text in the first and third complete paragraphs on page 2, the second and fourth complete paragraphs on page 4, the third paragraph on page 11, and the first paragraph on page 22 has been corrected for accuracy.
The in-text citations for (Wooldridge, 2009) and (Firebaugh & Farrell, 2016; Marantz & Dillon, 2018) were inadvertently omitted on pages 19 and 20 respectively. The text in the first complete paragraph on both pages has been corrected to include these citations.
