Vasculogenic impotence

Abstract

Vascular mechanisms are important for normal erection to occur. Similarly, arterial and venous abnormalities have been shown to be causally related to the development of erectile impotence. This paper outlines the ways in which the diagnosis of vasculogenic impotence may be reached and describes specific ways in which it may be treated.
