A potential perceived conflict of interest does exist and documentation of management of this COI resides with The University of Queensland. Mr Hugh Breslin is Dr Annie Hill's domestic partner and a small proportion of his work on the eSALT system was paid for out of the UQ Early Career Research Grant. eSALT is an implementation of Mr Breslin's own software AppTailor. eSALT is currently not a commercial product, but has the potential for commericalisation.  Dr Annie Hill and Mr Hugh Breslin have been assigned all IP rights to eSALT by The University of Queensland.
