Page 717. Second column, the second and third sentences of the first full paragraph should read as follows:
Considering mutation rates of 1.0% per MY and 1.5% per MY, the initial growth phase would have occurred between 67,000 and 33,000 years ago (at 1.5%) or between 100,000 and 50,000 years ago (at 1.0%). The third phase would have begun 6,700 (at 1.5%) to 10,000 (at 1.0%) years ago and would have corresponded to a slight increase in population growth rate in recent times.
