Ishan Mehandru
Ishan Mehandru is a PhD candidate in the Comparative Literary Studies program at Northwestern University (USA). Their research interests include South Asian literature, women’s writings, religious studies, queer theory, and psychoanalysis. They have previously written essays on masculinity, friendship and intimacy in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and Anglophone literature and film.
