Vivan Reed, the author of the column titled “Good Reference Service? Great Reference Service? What's the Difference?,” published in The Reference Librarian issue 50(2) (pp. 215–218), wishes to point out that there was a misspelling of a name in her column. “Stephen Banks” should be “Stephen Backs.”
