ABSTRACT

The toxicological assessment of impurities of the technical active substance in pesticides with quantitative structure activity-relationship modelling has become an important aspect in authorisation by regulatory bodies. This paper discusses the challenges and drawbacks when predicting toxicities of impurities of technical active substances of pesticides for regulatory submission.
