When this article was first published online, incorrect given name was written for Bent Guttorm Bentsen (page 6, first line)- “During the 1950s, the GP Nils Guttorm Bentsen” has now been corrected to “ During the 1950s, the GP Bent Guttorm Bentsen”.
Also, year 1848 at Figure 6 caption “Johann Agust Sigurdsson (1848–) professor at the University of Iceland in Reykjavik since 1991.” was used. This has now been corrected with the correct year 1948 “Johann Agust Sigurdsson (1948–) professor at the University of Iceland in Reykjavik since 1991.”
