Abstract

In this paper, we analyse a collective approach towards enhancing undergraduate Engineering Education. All the authors, both engineers and faculty developers, have, at some point in this collaboration, been involved in the vision, development or implementation. Our desire is to demonstrate the incremental nature of the process as well as evidence of impact.

Résumé

Dans cet article, nous analysons une approche collective visant l’amélioration des programmes d’enseignement de premier cycle en ingénierie. Tous les auteurs, ingénieurs ou conseillers pédagogiques, ont, à un moment ou un autre de cet effort de collaboration, participé à la vision, au développement ou à la mise en pratique. Notre souhait est de faire la démonstration de la nature incrémentielle du processus, de même que l’évidence d’impact.
