Agarwal, Bina (2014) Food sovereignty, food security and democratic choice: Critical contradictions, difficult conciliations. Journal of Peasant Studies, http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/03066150.2013.876996

When the above article was first published online, there was an error on p. 10. The final paragraph of this page stated:

In 2003, a nationwide survey carried out by the Government of India of 51,770 farm households (2.86 million persons) living in 6638 villages found that some 40 percent of them did not like farming, and given a choice, would prefer another source of livelihood.

This has now been corrected in both the print and online versions to read ‘0.286 million persons'
