When the above article was first published online, an error was present in the Subscale scores in the Scoring instructions under Appendix 2. This calculation originally stated ‘Identification with author = (6 + 7 + 10 + 11)/4’, where ‘11’ was incorporated erroneously. This has now been corrected in both the print and online versions to replace ‘11’ with ‘15’, to read ‘Identification with author = (6 + 7 + 10 + 15)/4’.
