Abstract
The mass spectra of chloro-, azido-, amino- and 2-thiophenesulfonylimino(triphenyl)phophoranes are reported. The interpretation of the spectra was based on mechanistic analogy (supported in some cases by metastable peaks) and low energy spectra. Most of the sulfonylimino(triphenyl)phosphorane derivatives do not show their parent peaks.
