Abstract

The combinatorial molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by using norfloxacin-Zn (II) complex as a template molecule, α-methacrylic acid as a functional monomer in this article. The imprinted sites of the polymer were characterized by Infrared spectroscopy. The analysis results indicated that the metal coordination complex was formed by the 3-carbonxyl group and 4-carbonyl of the norfloxacin and carboxyl of the α-methacrylic acid and the hydrogan bonds was combined by the 3-hydroxy of norfloxacin and carboxyl of another α-methacrylic acid. Besides the selective recognition experiments showed that polymer exhibited significant adsorption selectivity for norfloxacin.
