Abstract
The toxicity and efficiency of a drug must be determined before it is approved for general use. Quantal dose-response experiments are routinely conducted to examine the response rates at dose levels of interest, Multiple-objective optimal designs for such studies are found and compared with the popular equal allocation rules.
