When the above article was published online and in print, Figure 3 caption was written incorrectly: “Size measurement using dynamic light scattering for (a) QDs-PEG-amine with Au shell and coated with 5 nM SST, and (b) QDs-PEG-amine with Au shell and coated with 10 nM SST.”
The corrected caption should be “Size measurement using dynamic light scattering for (a) Citrate AuNPs, and (b) QDs-PEG-amine with Au shell and coated with 10 nM SST.”
Moreover, under the “Cellular uptake study” section, the sentence was inadvertently written as “FACS study showed a significantly (p ≤ 0.05, Student’s t-test) higher internalization of QDs-Au-SST-NPs to MCF7 due to active receptor targeting of SSTRs compared to QDs-Au-NPs.”
The corrected sentence should be “FACS study showed a significantly (p ≤ 0.05, Student’s t-test) higher internalization of QDs-Au-SST-NPs to MCF7 due to active receptor targeting of SSTRs compared to non-modified QDs-PEG-amine.”
Also, the statement in the Figure 8 caption “*p ≤ 0.05 significantly higher compared to QDs-Au-NPs” has been corrected to “*p ≤ 0.05 significantly higher compared to non-modified QDs-PEG-amine”.
