Abstract

Data-informed and outcomes-oriented administrative practices are critical for achieving positive consumer results. This article describes a model for program managers and clinical supervisors that utilized a proactive, strengths-based approach, which was supported by a “real-time” outcome management system. Key factors critical to implementing and sustaining data-driven practices are presented.
