Abstract

Two items of particular interest in the study area are the concave hollows and large head deposits on the south facing slopes of the mountain ranges in the area. These are described and some possible causes examined. Tentative conclusions are drawn regarding the directions of winds and temperature conditions between the present time and the period of formation of the features.
