SUMMARY
Acocypris uegitia Masi, 1925 (Crustacea Ostracoda) is recorded for the first time since it was first described from Somalia. A re-description of the male and a description of the female, as well as a discussion on the taxonomical position of this species is given. Some ecological remarks are also offered.
Physocypria dumonti n. sp. and Potamocypris chelazzii n. sp. are described and figured. Their status within these respective genera is discussed.
RIASSUNTO
L'Autore ha studiato una piccola collezione di Crostacei Ostracodi provenienti dalla Somalia. Ridescrive il maschio e descrive per la prima volta la femmina di Acocypris uegitia Masi, 1925.
Vengono inoltre descritte due nuove specie: Physocypria dumonti n. sp. e Potamocypris chelazzii n. sp.
Dei tre taxa viene discussa la posizione tassonomica all'interno dei rispettivi generi.
