The “APPropriate” Use of Technology for Assessment in Physical Education

Abstract

Guided by the adaptive learning approach, this article will discuss the integration of video technology into motor skill assessments in physical education based on the motion analysis mobile application (app) and propose a four-step process of creating an expanded teaching and learning environment through a streamlined online application process.
