Pages 42-51 | Published online: 30 Dec 2015

Abstract

Organizational management and change leadership are popular topics across the technology, business, and education fields. Libraries, Archives, and Museums (LAMs) are often centers of change but may not always think of themselves as being at the center or in the spotlight of change. In this article the author explores the broad notion of change leadership and considers the practice of change leadership in context of recent examples from the field.
