Abstract

Criminal profiling is both an art and a science, knowing what types of people mostly commit unambiguous types of criminal offenses. Law Enforcement and Information Technology professionals need to work together to control this growing problem: Cybercrime and the individuals behind it.

Jeree Spicer

Jeree is a self-motivated, inquisitive, and a dedicated millennial excelling in networking, collaborating with organizations, and spearheading campaigns as she advances in her Cybersecurity career. Jeree is currently employed at Ally Financial as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer focusing on Data Loss Prevention. She provides technical assistance to the enterprise DLP program and maintenance and configure the DLP infrastructure. In addition to the technical responsibilities, she is also over the Strategy and Governance pillar of DLP. The Strategy and Governance pillar is responsible for road development and alignment, reporting and analytics, release management, vendor management, and risk management. Jeree holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Master of Science degree in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity. She is currently enrolled at Marymount University where she is pursuing a Doctor of Science in Cybersecurity with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026. Jeree enjoys spreading awareness and education about Cybersecurity.
