Lorraine C. Minnite, “New Challenges in the Study of Right-Wing Propaganda: Priming the Populist Backlash to ‘Hope and Change’,” New Political Science 34:4 (2012), pp. 506–526, http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/07393148.2012.729740

Since the above article was published two errors have been noted:

On page 512, the text should read:

Von Spakovsky exploits the ambiguity of the word “fraud” to commit a major logical fallacy. He then claims this twenty-eight-year-old story of internecine political warfare among Brooklyn Democrats presents the best-documented case of widespread and continuing voter identity or impersonation fraud that could be prevented with voter photo ID.

This was mistakenly given as “Beatty then claims…”. Taylor & Francis apologises for this error.

On page 521, footnote 68, should read:

Siegel served as an advisor to Rudolph Giuliani, and is the source for the former Mayor's July 20, 1998 speech, in which Giuliani cited the 1966 Nation article and accused Piven and Cloward of “economic sabotage” in bringing on the 1970s fiscal crisis.

This was mistakenly given as “…the 1996 Nation article…”. The author apologises for this error.
