Roger Nelsen ([email protected], MR ID 237909) received his B.A. from DePauw University and his Ph.D. from Duke University. He is professor emeritus at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. When not hanging out in his attic office at the College attempting to write about mathematics, Nelsen enjoys travel, hiking, and photography.
