Abstract

Considering forensic psychotherapy, what are the chances of a psychoanalytical treatment of a subject with a perverse clinical structure reaching a positive outcome? The deconstruction of fantasy as a moral experience considering drive satisfaction and desire fulfillment would have to be possible for that to happen.

Wie steht es mit einem günstigen Resultat einer psychoanalytischen Psychotherapie in einem forensischen Fall, bei dem das Subjekt eine perverse psychische Struktur aufweist? Für ein befriedigendes Resultat müsste im Sinne eines moralischen Experimentes die Dekonstruktion der Phantasie betreffend triebhafter Befriedigung und Wunscherfüllung erfolgen.

Considerando la psicoterapia forense, cuáles son las posibilidades de un tratamiento psicoanalítico para un sujeto con una estructura clínica perversa alcanzando un evolución positiva? La deconstrucción de la fantasía como una experiencia moral considerando la satisfacción pulsional y el cumplimiento del deseo podría posibilitar que eso sucediera.
