&
Pages 344-346 | Published online: 31 Mar 2010

Abstract

This article examines world-mindedness scores for undergraduate business students enrolled at a midwestern university in the United States and business students enrolled in universities in the Urals region of Russia. Consistent with previous research, this study found that worldmindedness differs according to gender and foreign language ability, in addition to students' graduate school intentions. No significant difference was found, however, between the two national groups.
