The following article is based on hitherto unprocessed data drawn from the 1960 APBE‐NAB study of People in Broadcasting. The Journal has, in the past, published articles from this major research on the topics of broadcasting management, problems in finding qualified employees, the broadcasting employee, employee attitudes toward the broadcasting industry, and the former broadcast employee.
