Ralf Lillbacka

Dr. Ralf G. V. Lillbacka is a Senior Lecturer in quantitative methodology and statistical analysis in the Sector of Social Services and Health Care at Novia, the University of Applied Sciences, in Vasa, Finland, where he has taught since 2004. Holder of an M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from Finland's Abo Akademi University, he served as a social science researcher at the school from 1997–2004.
